What better way to break bread than a plated dinner? Whether a multi-course wine dinner, a three-course experience or a family-style meal, most people prefer a meal served to them rather than getting it themselves.  Presentation shines with artfully presented plated techniques that are sure to wow and provide a pleasurable experience for everyone.


Catering by Chef Paul offers full catering and food services including staffing, rentals and bartending.  Whether a cocktail reception, corporate dining event, intimate wine dinner or wedding, we create a unique menu and exceptional service for your event.

Need something more than just past hors d’oeuvres?  Add stations to your event which allows guests a variety of food options and is a great way to incorporate a theme into your food choices.  Stations are spread out a bit more to let guests roam around and pick 'n choose. Stations are usually kept open two to three times as long as a regular buffet which allows guests to eat at their leisure.

Buffet Style Dinners

A great choice when you are looking to give guests a variety of options for the meal. Buffets can be self-serve or manned by servers to assure proper servings. Typically, buffets are served on a long table and have a variety of salads, main entrees and side dishes.  Guests should expect to eat at one time and seating for all should be available.
