Need something more than just past hors d’oeuvres? Add stations to your event which allows guests a variety of food options and is a great way to incorporate a theme into your food choices. Stations are spread out a bit more to let guests roam around and pick 'n choose. Stations are usually kept open two to three times as long as a regular buffet which allows guests to eat at their leisure.
Buffet Style Dinners
A great choice when you are looking to give guests a variety of options for the meal. Buffets can be self-serve or manned by servers to assure proper servings. Typically, buffets are served on a long table and have a variety of salads, main entrees and side dishes. Guests should expect to eat at one time and seating for all should be available.
